IT Company extends Contracts
Westhill based IT Support Company IT Hotdesk have extended their IT support contract with SUBC Engineering for a further 3 years, along with taking on their online backups to the newly formed ITH Vault. The 3 year IT support, backup along with projects brings in the IT company £100,000 of guaranteed business mainly due to SUBCs own organic growth and future expansion plans. This comes in the middle of a great year for IT Hotdesk, meaning they are well on their way to their targeted £1.5 million turnover for 2013.
"We are really pleased that SUBC Engineering Ltd have decided to renew their contract for the next 3 years, we have built up a great relationship with Colin Burney and his staff and enjoy working with them to support their IT and telephony infrastructure. This is only one of many customers that are renewing again with us in 2013." said Gordon Christie, Director.
Colin Burney, Managing Director of SUBC Engineering Ltd commented, "We are extremely pleased with the support IT Hotdesk provide. SUBC as a provider of subsea BOP engineering personnel and along with our accredited subsea and hydraulic training courses require a robust IT infrastructure and IT Hotdesk have done that from the very start."
The contract extension comes in a year of extensive growth for IT Hotdesk, who have already announced significant contract wins and an increase in work force in the first six months of 2013. IT is in a stage of growth, especially with all the new technologies on the market and all the new offices that are opening in Aberdeen.
"In the past 6 months we have taken on many new clients and we have as a team enjoyed getting to know the clients and their IT Infrastructure. However it is also great to extend our contracts with existing clients. We have transferred around 80% of our clients onto our own ITH vault, which is our own private online backup platform and over the next few months we will be signing up to new partnerships giving our existing, new and potential clients a wide scope of services and solutions from IT Hotdesk," said Fiona McIver, Business Development.
