Redundancy, Replication & Disaster Recovery

Direct to Cloud

Our entry level, Direct to Cloud Back Up is a great choice for clients that want cost-effective protection and recovery services for important files and folders. Offering a more efficient, responsive, and resilient backup and recovery solution compared to tape based backups.

With our Direct to Cloud solution, the ITHVault© Agent is installed on the client systems that are to be protected, such as a physical or virtual server. The agent will encrypt the files and folders that the client wants to protect and forward the encrypted information over the WAN to the secure ITH Cloud. The client information remains encrypted and stored until the client needs to recover the data. ITH Vault offers 90 Day retention policy standards with the ability to provide multi-year retention for clients that require longer term retention for regulatory compliance. With all data stored in the UK to meet the latest data protection laws.

Full server recoverability to available hardware is possible with this solution, however, the time frame for full recoverability is slower as the files need to be pulled down through the internet connection. Full server recovery timeframe is dependent on the download speed of internet connection & hardware availability. Full recovery time frames from 24 – 48 hours.

Hybrid Cloud (Local & Cloud Storage)

Our advanced, Hybrid Cloud solution is the perfect choice for clients looking to protect operating systems, files & folders, databases and other data. With fast recovery. Offering the perfect & most responsive backup and recovery solution in the marketplace.

With our Hybrid Cloud solution, the ITHVault© Agent is installed on client systems that are to be protected, such as a physical or virtual server. The agent will encrypt the selected backup files over the LAN to the SpeedVault Appliance that is located onsite. In turn, the SpeedVault appliance is synchronised to ITH Cloud. This provides a mechanism to allow localised fast restoration of data, whilst ensuring that data is also kept securely offsite on the ITH Cloud.

Full server recoverability to available hardware is possible with this solution, with the SpeedVault this can be accomplished quickly, depended on hardware availability. Typical restore time frames of 8 - 16 hours can be obtained with this solution.

Hybrid Disaster Recovery

Our most advanced solution, is the perfect choice for clients looking to protect operating systems, files & folders, databases and other data. With full server business continuity & recovery. Offering the most reliable business continuity & recovery solution in the marketplace.

Our ITH Vault Agent is installed on client systems that are to be protected, such as a physical or virtual servers. The agent will encrypt the selected backup files over the LAN to the ITH Advanced Backup Appliance that is located onsite. In turn, the backup appliance is synchronised to ITH Cloud. At the end of a successful backup, the ITH Advanced Backup Appliance creates a recovery point snapshot of that entire server, the snapshot can be mounted & launched in the event of a business continuity event.

This provides a mechanism to allow localised restoration of data, whilst also ensuring that if a disaster or business continuity event happens then recovery is fast to the environment and minimises downtime. Full server recoverability to the Disaster Recovery Appliance is possible with this solution, with the SpeedVault supplementing fast recovery to the appliance. Ready-to-use states can be obtained within 4 hours.
